When I was producing my paper, there were a few areas for which I had not yet had an image. Because of this, when the time came around for me to start making the radio advert and more recently the poster, it left me to move on from the newspaper whilst leaving these blank areas. I have now filled the void and now every area in my paper that should have an image does in fact have an image.
For example, one of my main stories, the one about Chris Rodgers, the young football player, did not have a picture to accompany the story. I have now added an image and I will upload the picture of what my inside page currently looks like shortly.
Another example would be with one of the adverts on my inside page, the one about the fictional CD shop in Nailsea. For this advert, I think it looked alright before, but I wanted to make it a bit more exciting and probably more realistic. To do this, I got many of my own CD's and organised them on my table at home and took some pictures of them. I then put this picture behind the text on my advert. This is the picture that I took of my CD's on the right. I tried not to use any brightly coloured CD cases as I didn't want the picture to overpower the text, as it is supposed to just be used as a background.
