Poster

I started to create the poster for my newspaper, as can be seen from the blog post directly below this one.
I found it quite difficult at first to produce my poster, as I did with my radio advert, purely because there aren't actually many adverts or posters for newspapers in the real world. I'm not sure if this is because these kind of things used to be popular and are not anymore, or if the task was purposely set to be difficult, but as opposed to the actual paper itself, there are not actually any examples that I can use to base my ancillary tasks on.
I used InDesign to make my poster, which is the same program that I used to make my actual newspaper. I used this program as I have become very familiar with it recently due to making my newspaper. Because of this, I found it very simple to create the basic idea of my poster, which is what I have done so far.
The main focus of my poster is on the competition that is earlier mentioned on the front page of my newspaper.
